Vladimir Velickovic was born in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, in 1935. He moved into painting after graduating from the school of architecture in Belgrade in 1960, and had his first solo show in 1963. In 1965 he won the Prix de la Biennale de Paris; the following year he moved to Paris, where he still lives and works today....
